"I want to preface this by saying that I generally only write positive reviews unless I’ve had a very poor experience. I hadn’t been to Mallorca in at least a decade, so my family and I decided to go today. I have such fond memories of the food and the entire experience. But WOW, was I disappointed this evening! The food was a B+ at best. I enjoyed the garlic shrimp appetizer and the salad. However, the paellas were just ok. I needed to add a good bit of salt for the flavors to come together. They say they are known for their paella, and it was very underwhelming. The service was what really made me write this review. We were seated at a table by a gentleman who ended up being our server. I was in town for work and saw this place had great reviews and it did not disappoint. Incredible food and service. Lovely atmosphere and that food!! If I lived closer, this would be my place. Can't wait to travel back to Cleveland so I can revisit this charming restaurant.

I had a terrible experience. First time trying this restaurant after hearing positive reviews. When ever I try a new restaurant I always try to get recommendations from the serving staff. The gentleman I had no idea what was on the menu or could answer any questions. It was very frustrating also not being able to understand what he was saying. especially hard when server is wearing a mask. Some bread and water came out and the server decided to throw the bowl containing butter. For the prices on the menu I found it deeply concerning.
