"We arrived just after 6:00 pm on a Thursday evening and the line was long, took us 15 minutes just to get up to the only order window. I am a BBQ snob and my taste is strongly leaning towards Carolina style, vineyard Q. I was very satisfied with Martins. Everything from the ambience, the meat, the meat, the sauces and the pages met high grades in my book. Excellent operation and I come back on my next Nashville trip

Went to the one in the 4th Ave. Wonderful rustic atmosphere. Very well furnished and has a classic Nashville feeling for that. I ordered a drawn pork sandwich with hush puppies and Mac and cheese and was very satisfied with my meal. Great place and will definitely return to my next visit.

BBQ is one of my favorite meals. I had a lot of it in my day. I always enjoy it, but no one is near Martin. The workers are friendly and it has a fun atmosphere. The meat smoker is in the middle of the restaurant for whom everyone can be seen. The brisket is out of this world. The ribs are some of the best I had. The meat is always smoked freshly smoked. Pages are pretty good, but the meat is the star here. I recommend 10/10 Martins.
