I also asked for my water bottle to be filled with ice cold water and the waitress handled this very promptly. Appearance: place was a little dirty, which matches reviews: food on the floor next to an empty table and walked on by waitresses. My table, though clean of debris, was sticky. I love Massaki! The food here is always fresh and the staff is very friendly. I loved every dish I tried. We love her sushi! A go-to-spot for special occasions or a beautiful date.
