"A party of three visited the restaurant and had a mixed experience. The initial interaction with the server was great, but there was no follow-up. Their salads were good, but one of the entrees was delayed and had to be remade. The server did not seem too concerned about the mistake. They also had to ask for a drink that was missing. Overall, the service was lacking, as this was the second time the reviewer experienced poor service at the restaurant. They would recommend Matchbox to friends, but only with a warning about the lower quality of service."

This is the perfect go to place for good food with a relaxed atmosphere. Great for business meetings because its not noisy at all.

Food was nothing unique. Felt rushed by the server who also didn’t go out of his way to make me feel valued. I have no reason to go back to Matchbox bc it wasn’t a meaningful experience; I can spend my time money elsewhere

Firstly, there was no parking available so we ended up being 30 minutes late for our reservation and they marked us as a no-show without any apology. Our server was not good and the food was not good either. The pizza crust was as hard as cardboard. I definitely do not recommend this restaurant. We spent $100 on a disappointing dinner with our college kids. We were hoping for a nice birthday dinner, but it was a letdown.
