"I had the opportunity to eat at this incredible five star restaurant in Longview this evening.This amazing young lady named Casie in the picture next to me is the manager and was my server. The way that she described the items I was asking about on the menu was making my taste buds water just with the pictures that she was painting with her words. The food was just as delectable as she mentioned!In the first picture with her is their appetizer called mahi tuna with a side of onions, mushrooms, bell peppers and broccoli.The second picture has my main course of black ink linguine. It comes with shrimp, scallops, clams, mussels, crab meat, calamari, and the black linguine. This amazing seafood dish is prepared in a white wine with virgin olive oil and garlic sauce.Casie's kindness and passion for excellence was the icing on the cake however. Her personality and excellent knowledge of her menu made a great experience perfect. If you have the opportunity to stop by here for a visit, make sure that you specially request her! I've never in all of my years of dining had such a pleasurable combination of food and conversation. Thank you, Casie, for going over and above with your customer service.
