"I had such a wonderful experience here! I want to give a shoutout to an employee I believe was named Katie because she was phenomenal. My niece wanted a cookie, but I was using a gift card and we were just a few dollars short, so we took the cookie off… but to our surprise Katie brought it to us when she delivered our food to the table. She said it was on the house and my niece had the biggest smile all day. The food was also great! Thanks McAlisters!"

Love the half spud max and chicken tortilla soup combo. All right! Food is very consistent here and the staff is wonderful. Very recommended!!

The food and service was amazing. The only issue I had is halfway through my nachos I ran out of chili and cheese for them. The ratio to the is way under what it needs to. So I left half a plate of chips on the table.
