"The customer service was terrible. I was missing an item from the dollar menu, and when I pointed it out after taking everything out of the bag, the staff argued with me and asked for the bag back. I would have gladly paid an extra dollar to avoid the hassle. Eventually, I just told them to forget it and left without the item I had paid for! To make matters worse, the guy handed me the wrong Happy Meal, asked me to check it, then took it back and gave it to the car behind me. How unsanitary! I won't be returning!"

During the noon, the trip thru was extremely fast. The employees at the drive window were very nice. The gentle man who takes your money, he has made a great task to take a big bill and return the correct amount of change.

The orders are consistently incorrect, and they seem to make up excuses before forgetting about them, while other customers receive their orders without issue. The customer service is incredibly poor, and when asked questions, the staff often pretends not to understand by speaking in a different language.

You're pretty fast. I hate them having breakfast all day. The staff is friendly, but I often wonder what makes sense to leave those people out in the heat to put your card in a shed. Not to understand the difference between the window and the window. But I never had a problem that my order was wrong. I'm not checking my bag in the window anymore. Everything's here.
