"This was my first visit to any Famous Dave 's. I walked in on a Tuesday evening through the To Go door- which I might add is a genius idea! You can order at a counter and wait for your food, order online or over the phone and pick it up through this entrance. To the right is the hostess stand for those patrons that will be dining in. Everyone was very pleasant when I walked in. I was greeted by a young man (maybe HS/early college age). He greeted me and asked if he could take my order- when I told him I 've never been here before and was looking for recommendations- he appeared to be excited to share the menu and walk me through the most popular items. I eventually decided on the 2- meat combo (pictured) choosing the Famous Ribs Pulled Pork accompanied by 2 sides (coleslaw mashed potatoes), and all meals finish with a Corned Bread muffin. If you look at the picture you can tell I was eager to jump in prior to taking a picture. The Ribs- the best I 've had in a LONG time- they fell off the bone, were perfectly smoked and could taste in each bite. The pulled pork was cooked very well- with just enough juice, spices, and BBQ sauce. The often forgotten- sides...The coleslaw was a creamy coleslaw- which is my preference and was very good. I 'm not a huge mashed potato fan, but thought I would give them a shot- I was not let down- they were really tasty. Rounding out this incredible meal was one of the better cornbread muffins I 've had. It wasn 't dry at all- very tasty. Overall, if you are in the Waldorf area and are a fan of BBQ I would highly recommend Dave 's Bar-B-Que. I only got a glimpse of the dine-in restaurant, but from what I saw, it looked very clean, well put together, well decorated, and an overall great ambiance for any group of people."

"Haven't had Carrabba's in years and never eaten at this one but I am glad to say the food and service (wish I remembered her name but she did a bang up job) was not disappointing. I had the Fettucine Weesie and my wife had Steak with a pasta and mash potatoes side (yes, lots of carbs) and I will say everything was delish. Our meals came with soup or salad which was a lot but that soup of the day *licking lips*. I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 due to the lack of cleaning under the table and the floors in general. We were kicking crayons and straws from under the table and it was just so much food which was disgusting. To the manager, the floor is apart of cleaning especially a place that serves food and food to kids."

"You usually don't get it wrong but ever since the new location in Waldorf opened, your customer service, processing times, and food have began to decline. Did the more established workers have to go and train new employees? We're in a pandemic and there are a lot of moving pieces to take into account, which I've tried to do but wake up! You are consistently failing. I think I'll start taking pictures of the food, the lines, and perhaps began vlogging my time waiting in line. I do hope you find your way back to the top of your game. Go back to what was working. Get your top employees back. Take into account how long you leave people in line. It happens sometimes. Just make up for it in some way to smooth it over. I believe you can do better."
