"I am not a regular user of McDonalds, but on this occasion it was the only option available to me. As usual, the food and selection was as you would find the world over, but one thing that annoys me is rudeness of staff, and this I suffered from the young lady serving me here. She seemed to have a problem with the fact that I am not a fluent German speaker, but that is no excuse for rudeness."
