"I really enjoy the McDonald's in Pinckney. I've always had great service there, with staff who are friendly, smiling, and cheerful. My food has consistently been fresh. I did experience a few mix-ups with my orders when they first opened, but they resolved them quickly without any issues. The restaurant is always clean whenever I visit. I would give them an A. I just had a lovely breakfast there with my granddaughter, Savanna. Thank you!"

I really don't like using a kiosk to place my order inside, so I only use the drive-thru now. It seems like no one is smiling anymore... what happened?

I love their daily specials. I don't like updating their app every couple of weeks. But they have the best app. It doesn't cost you until you move into the parking lot. And if you go to the wrong place, it will move the order for you. Only FYI
