"We stopped at The Sun on August 30, 2020, around 3 PM. I ordered a quarter pounder cheeseburger basket (without the wobble) and a Diet Pepsi, along with a fish burger sandwich. Our total came to either $11.47 or $13.47 (not that it really matters). We had to wait a few minutes to place our order, but that was okay. We were very disappointed because by the time we realized the mistake, we were a couple of miles away and couldn’t return. I just wanted to express how disheartened we were to receive the wrong food. It wasn’t even about the cost; my husband was specifically looking forward to the fish sandwich. I hope you can bring this to your staff's attention. We were truly disappointed with the mix-up.
