"I always get a caramel macchiato most mornings. I always get it revised. Well I was in Virgina working and stopped in Wise, VA. The lady at the counter was nice because me and coworker went yesterday evening for McFlurries. So I asked for no caramel and ifthey had low fat milk or 2% . This lady came over rude no it comes like that as if she had a bad morning. I asked her areyou alright are you good? She said yea are you all smart. I go to McDonalds faithfully but this lady should not be in CustomerService. If you have problems or have something going on leave at the door because your attitude or rudeness on someone else isnot hospitalable. SHE SHOULD EITHER BE IN THE BACK MAKING FOOD OR SOM...

They?re relatively quick for how busy they stay. The food is always hot and good. The staff is always friendly.

I love french fries! My favorite are from McDonald's, hands down. Even when it's busy, they get you through quickly. The employees are almost always very polite. I love it!

McDonald's! What can I say that you don't already know about McDonald's? well, it has everything that a city McDonald's has and it's clean. Our Donald's sets on a hillside and has a lovely view with an exit to Route 58 very near but use the turn off comingfrom the 4 lane highway instead. Our McDonalds is filled with friendly, efficient people who will make you wish you lived in BigStone Gap Virginia! Yawl come visit us and see for yourself.
