"if I could rate zero, I would. a terrible service. the kiosk allows them to order something they cannot do, then they did not offer any refund. but that's after I stood at the counter that was ignored for 5 minutes. I will not visit this place anymore. tim hortons is right above the road and they seem to get it right every time. I gave this place many chances, now we're done. simply amazing how they just don't care and show it well."

The kiosk is ridiculous. Employee's walked in with Burger King, took it in the kitchen and ate their food back there. She then walked around in the dining room and back into the kitchen drinking her soft drink from Burger King.

This has to be the worst McDonald's hands down! Employees lack basic people skills. Want $15 an hour for what, to completely mess up every order? To be rude as he Husband ordered a mocha with his breakfast and after waiting forever for the food the mocha wasn't there(we ate there btw) husband asked for his mocha and they said the machine wasn't working, but he was charged for one and they wouldnt refund him. MAKE THIS MAKE SENSE!
