"Had a great dinner here while doing a solo vacation in Oceanshores. I wisely made a reservation and even showed up early. I was seated right away upstairs near the bar area. I reviewed many reviews before I came here, but did not have the negative experience others had with the service. The service I had, was excellent. The servers were very polite and attentive. I ordered the Pork Belly Bites and The Queen cocktail. The pork belly had a nice char and despite it being a small bites appetizer, there is enough to share with another person for sure. For my main course, I had the filet mignon and added scallops. Everything was cooked perfectly. I know the menu said it would come with asparagus but this time, it did not...they substituted sweet potato fries. It may have been a mistake or they ran out of asparagus but it wasn 't enough of a ding for them to lose a star (who actually finishes their greens at dinner anyways??? The waitress also made a lovely cab sav wine suggestion for my steak dinner. At the end, I decided I wanted to take a slice of their chocolate mousse cake to go. Surprisingly, the waitress bought my dessert for me despite there being no major issues with the service or meal! That was a lovely gesture so I made sure to give her a decent tip. Money was not an issue this time around so it didn 't matter how much it was. I would say, if you dine here on a weekend...don 't show up hungry. They are probably going to be more busy and the wait times will be longer (especially if you have a larger group or it is an event weekend. Weekdays and non-festival weekends are probably better service for any restaurant. Make a reservation for sure."
