"First they lady taking the order was really impatient and then of course had to wait , 2 ppl. In Line (me being 1 ! Asked for double quarter pounder light Mac sauce onion and lettuce .. got double quarter pounder lettuce no sauce or onion . Asked for iced tea cut half sweet and half unsweet no ice but had ice . If you don't want to take the time to listen to what customers are paying for let me know I'll gladly spend my hard earned money somewhere who will get it right"

Had multiple issues with this McDonald's today. Their receipt machines weren't working, so I couldn't get a receipt (needed one for my client; I work for the state and need those) which was a huge inconvenience. They messed up my order with someone else's and I had to drive back to get the right one. They didn't have sweet and sour sauce, either. Also, the medium fries I ordered were half-filled. Thanks.

I ordered on the mobile app, and arrived thru the drive thru. I got my drink and then SAT THERE for 20 minutes to get my food, during my half hour break. After 20 min, I walk in to find my order was erased and never done, then given attitude when I ask for my food. I ordered the surf and turf sandwich, and instead get a fish sandwich, a McChicken and chicken nuggets I will personally never return here if this is the poor quality of service to expected at this dump.
