"I ordered online to breakfast and had my fiancée go get it from there. every time we ordered at mcdonalds before, I put the order through the app and then he picks it up, was never a problem with it. He went to the road this morning and they told him there was no command. Drive thru was backed up and slow ..But the drive thru girl kept smiling and was very professional! As an ex McDonald's shift manager ..I still appreciate the great service some people give !!

It took them forever to get my order made. I waited for 20 minutes after placing the order, still no food, so I went inside to find that my food was made but wasn't bagged to bring out to me, so had I not gone inside for my food, I would not have gotten it or I would have still been waiting for it for 30 minutes longer. The guy manager, his staff and the food were horrible.

Staff do not seem like they care about their job.Wait on only one person at a time meaning they don't allow you to order until the person in front of you is pulling out of the 2nd windowVery slow when your ordering up until you get your food.I spend up to 3hrs max and 1 hr min just waiting in line up until I leave with my food.I never get my order correct. If I order food without or extra it is not done at all.This location needs to be held accountable and needs new staffing as this is just unacceptable. There's not a lot of fast food in my area and that's another issue with this location that makes this just overall not a great place for food
