1. The staff in the drive-thru didn’t seem to understand my order. 2. My order was consistently incorrect when placed through the drive-thru. 3. I ordered two Big Macs, and they were cold. The patties were too small for the buns, the sandwiches were dry, there wasn't enough sauce, and the buns fell apart. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

This restaurant has a fantastic location and is managed exceptionally well. The staff clearly knows what they're doing, as everything ran smoothly during my visit to pick up my order. The young lady at the counter was incredibly polite, professional, and friendly, always wearing a smile that made customers feel welcome. The cleanliness of the place was impressive, with staff promptly disinfecting tables after customers left. I enjoyed hot fries and a delicious chicken burger, and the chicken itself was outstanding. The accuracy of my order was well above average, even for customized items. I would definitely give this experience a five-star rating!
