"This place lacks in customer service. The servers are slow, and do not pay attention when taking orders. Don’t use them for catering. They failed to have ready an order I placed in advance and prepaid.Also screwed up our order when we sat in and ate and a take out order. They didn’t try to correct. We paid for their mess up.3 mistakes in the same month.We have given them 3 chances. Managers are non caring as well. Go to Crosstown in Naperville, the wings are much better."

Nice experience… Southwest Chicken Salad was delicious… and to my surprise there is a golfing driving range attached to facility… how cool is that!!!
