"Pretty mediocre. Food was fairly expensive and service was nonexistent. We sat out on the patio for the wine tasting but never once had our next round brought out or our waters refilled; we had to go back in to the bar 4 times for our next glass. The “restaurant” opened at 5 so they had only 4 simple appetizers to choose from at the time we showed up (4:30). They required us to completely close our bar tab and reopen a new one when we tried to go to the restaurant at 5:10. But then when we showed up to an empty, just-opened restaurant they told us they could seat us in 15-20 minutes. Uh the restaurant is empty and you should have just opened, what exactly are we waiting for? A bunch of employees were just hanging out and socializing. We just left."

"First time in Lake Chelan and prior our visit we were already told to visit the Blueberry Hills : So glad we did! The place is an absolute homage to Kari's family and heritage. Kari, the owner, is delightful! She gave us the tour and we ended up chatting over common interests for over an hour. The pie is a must! Especially the raspberry pie! We both enjoyed our lunch very much, along with pure blueberry juice for a full dose of antioxidants, best way to start the day :D And we bought some goodies (teas, blueberries... to share and enjoy back home! "For our recent trip to Chelan/Manson, we needed to find a place to eat. A good friend told us his favorite place was the Sunset. It was easy to make a reservation, for the four of us, it it was a little later than we wanted. Upon arriving, the place was packed, I am very glad that we made reservations. We got our table very quickly nestled in the back right next to the kitchen. Service was good, even with being as busy as they were. The food dishes that we all ordered were prepared very nicely, they tasted very good, the portions were that large, not small. The main issue, was that my wife ordered a couple side dishes as her main, but they came out immediately, and the rest of our dishes took 45 minutes to an hour to arrive. She had been done eating for quite a while before our entrées arrived. Beyond that, we would definitely go back and try again."

"Our server Karley was wonderful. We were seated in their small outside dining area and enjoyed the recommended zucchini strips. They are among the best we have ever eaten! Large serving (3+ for sharing. We ordered their grilled fish tacos and split. It came a side, so we had their homemade potato chips. Everything was so good that we decided to go back to them again the next night, this time for their fish and chips and their mushroom Swiss burger. Again, we were not disappointed! Of course we ordered the zucchini strips again too! Very reasonably priced and great service."

"Every visit I love this place even more! Never had a bad meal or service! Creative cooking and fantastic specialities! Good beer and wine choices. Every group of friends we bring is addicted."
