"I can't start explaining how disgusting I am with this place. my coffee was crushed so I called and asked her to deliver my new coffee, as it was wrong. the manager came to my job and started screaming and told me I had a problem because my coffee order is always wrong. he insulted me from the general manager and other management staff. he ran and ran over as his head is in Greece and is not responsible and he is the one who ties everything. he blamed me for his personal mistakes, wow, what a manager. I'd never let that guy work for me."

Finally a bagel shop with nice, fat bagels ! I'm from LI, and every bagel that I've tried in Jersey has been flat these definitely aren't. My husband loves the sandwiches. However, French fries taste a bit off, please fix that lol

a plain bagel with butter and gel roasted. Instead, I got a simple roll, not roasted with butter and gelled on it. could not even spread what I wanted on the bagel. now I'm setting up something that I paid for because of lack of love for detail in my order.

I've been here since the opening. so much better than the other local bagel places. friendly service that I never had a problem with in years. so impressed by them and how delicious. not to mention how fast they are. I love calling and paying in my order and picking up. they know me and my coffee job, I don't need to remember it. highly recommended.
