"First waited at least 15 mins to be seated, inspite of having a reservation. The Maitre de appeared to have to multitask. Actually no one at front desk for several mins after we arrived. We then had to wait until he dealt with a take out food pickup. Disappointed in menu limited choice of appetizers and out of the spinach/artichoke dip we ordered. No baked potatoes to go with ribs or steak. The server did not inform us of the mashed potato option. She left us with the impression there was chips or chips! The Manager, who was very pleasant, brought us some excellent garlic mashed potatoes part way through the meal. We also ordered decaf coffee. The server forgot to put a pot on, so when our...

Been there twice in last couple weeks and both times we've had absolutely horrible service. The food and drinks were very good but Server was pretty much nowhere to be seen. Restaurant was not super bust either time, I believe both servers we had were just clueless. The table behind us seemed to have a good server but can't say same for my table either time. Food took about 50-60 minutes to come out after ordering

We had a reservation for 715pm last night, we’re seated early at 705pm, by 725 we had to ask if someone would be helping us as not even water was served in the 20 minutes and no one had acknowledged we were there. Ten minutes later and two tables that arrived a good 15 minutes after us being helped, we still hadn’t been acknowledged let alone served and we made the decision to leave as we had been sat for 35 minutes by then. Appreciate it was a Saturday night however not even an acknowledgement makes for a terrible experience and we won’t be back
