"I had never heard of mogg’s and was randomly given a sms from a friend who knew I had gone to berlin, who said: "you have to get a pastrami sandwich from mogg". I immediately started working out where I could squeeze this into my schedule. the next day was lunchtime. mogg is modest and they could easily pass by - but don't do it! it is huge and you sometimes have to wait a good time, like 1/2 hour, but it is worth it. enjoyed it, great eating, no dinner tonight necessary. the service is "English preference", but no problems to communicate in German. great place, glad it is there.

my man loves a pastrami sandwich more than air. I think his tonight will make for another visit in berlin. very tasty. personal service of the great staff. great story. beautiful historic building. Vibey quarters. ask them to tell them the history of the restaurant. would love the recipe. so a wonderful sound

in the historical Jewish girl school in the auguststraße serve mogg and melzer pastrami from the mountains, fresh, delicate vegetables as a supplement to their sandwiches and tellers and slightly grilled challah. the dishes ... all fresh ... are inspired and appreciated by the waiters who like to tell them why some of the dishes are their favorite. we had a wonderful rose with our golden beet cheese salad and the brioche, served with mushrooms of the season. they will enjoy every moment of their visit in this small but lively fine food business.
