"We went there as a big group (12). The restaurant itself has a rustic but contemporary feeling for it, very beautiful indeed! The menu is plentiful. A very strange steak order system. Just a piece of meat. Okay, some people like to say now, it saves when ordering through the restaurant etc., and yes, it can be so good, but we talk about first-class beef and great prices! The staff was terrible! So the restaurant was full, loud and people talking. You can't let any employees stand at the end of a long table where nobody listens to me when you leave the food behind us and nobody notices it. Then the food is put in front of us and while it hits one of us around the head with a wooden board and then laughs and says you're still alive all good... The food was okay. A sensation in this small town and a beautiful idea with beautiful surroundings, but if the service is not too much and you are served by young girls who do not experience much customers, it brings you to a bad start! That and prices together are not good. If you take a concept from abroad, then you must try to fulfill the same customer service experience! Train your employees in kindness to keep your customers."
