"This place houses a unique, different style of eatery found here in Marlboro. The restaurant reminds me of Hoboken or Jersey City. I respect how they have pictures/paintings of the remembrance of 911 stand boldly. But as always, my main focus is the quality and worth of the food. For an appetizer, we were drawn into ordering the Manzo Al Pepe Nero, which was divine and well presented! One of the very few place in Neighborhood who make Neapolitan Pizza. Their Pizza base is good over all pizza is Not bad. Their sauce is not very tasty they could improve their sauce and flavors .. I am comparing this to some of the best I have had like Theresa?s (Princeton) or Porta?s (Asbury Park) Moltos can do better ..

Small and cute restaurant. The waitress was great and the food was just a good. When we arrived at the time of our reservation the restaurant was not ready to sit us, we were waiting about 10 minutes before being sat. This is probably the most expensive byob restaurant that I have visited. Just under $200 for 2 people with no alcohol, 1 appetizer, 2 entrees and 1 dessert.

Molto has a great, trendy atmosphere. Food was very good and as others have mentioned, the Nutella Gelato was the best. The main thing to consider is that it is very pricey (i.e $4.00 for a glass of Pepsi from a can with no free refills, $18.00 for a small, personal Margherita pizza, etc). I think with so many other Italian options nearby, they should consider the pricing structure as they haven?t yet earned the status and reputation to be THE destination bistro to go to that can justify the cost. That aside, no complaints with the dining experience and you?ll leave feeling you had just enjoyed a great meal.
