I would advise to state that they are vegan to avoid not vegan seasoning only for the case. they list any vegan option on their menu as well as gluten-free. you eat is good. I wish I could give this place 5 stars, although they are not completely vegan. eating is so tasteful and the staff is super knowledgeable. in any case it is worth trying

my wife and I picked up here for the first time yesterday. eating was all delicious and they had not only vegan options clearly listed, but offered to try to make any of their food vegan on request. they were polite and went over and over typical restaurant service. try them out!
