"I've been so disappointed with this store for the last few years. Today was by far the worst. I called my order in and was surprised when they estimated only 35 minutes. I asked if they could please ensure my pizza was cooked through as the last several times we've had severely undercooked dough. Upon arrival nobody seemed welcoming or concerned there were folks waiting. Once I was able to pay I asked again if they would please make sure it was cooked fully. They looked in the oven at my pizza and threw it back in and told me it would be out shortly. Time assignments are not fulfilled this time at 1 o'clock. ordered from the app, followed 1.5 hours later, immediately for 10 minutes, then the app delivery time told us wrong, and that we had to wait another hour, we canceled the order. Minutes later I call the store, hold 4 minutes immediately, I was another customer, asked the delivery time for a big one and I was told 35 minutes.

Pizza is good. Customer service sucks. I walked in made eye contact with the girl at the counter as I'm walking up to the counter she finishes up with the person she is helping and when I'm only 10 feet away she turns around and goes to the back to join a conversation with her coworkers. Laughing and having a good time. Just standing there while I waited several mins just to be acknowledged by any staff member. I had for sure been seen by at least 3 staff. No acknowledgement. Nothing. Just ignored. I understand they may be busy. But that doesn't mean you can't be polite. Not a busy day. There were only 2 customers in the building. You can make time to at least greet me.

DO NOT EAT HERE unless you want food poisoning. We went to the area for pizza and salad at Michales pizza but they were closed. We came here and the salad bar looked ok at first but almost everything was warm and rotten once we served ourselves and tasted it. When our vegetarian pizza came out it had only a few fresh tomatoes, one of which had the stem top, I asked for a few more. The employee brought more of them to our table in his hands. He had gloves on, but it was just another way to see the low standards. My son, who ate his salad (I did not after tasting how bad it was), had a stomach ache before we even left. $75 dinner that was gross and made us feel sick. We?ve liked lots of other...
