Me and my friends arrived to the restaurant @5pm way before rush hour service was fantastic up until we ordered our food and we started watching every single table that showed up after us receive there food but we waiting an 1hr 20mins to receive our food because the kitchen lost our ticket 2 separate times, I understand that mistakes happen but to lose it 2 separate times like come on, our waitress was fantastic and she was also upset with the situation but it still isn’t acceptable that we had to wait so long to receive our food. Food was very good, sports bar atmosphere. Wish there were booths it was all table and chairs. Cold beer, service was good but confusing….. I was amazed whent the server told me that they had an old antiquated computer system and it did not produce an itemized check…… so you know what you’re paying for before you pay!!! That’s unusual unacceptable in these times IMO. Check seemed high but we paid it, was not going to question, we very seldom complain!!!!!
