"Went there as a walk-in on 1st Sep at around 130pm. We were asked to wait and we waited. And then we waited. For almost 40 mins. Understand that it is difficult to get table as a walk-in but to make us wait for 40 mins was unprofessional. We could have been told that the place is busy and walk-in won't be feasible. Am sure there was a line of sight on upcoming reservations and some past experience on how busy it can get over an extended weekend. Sorry state of affairs. Whoever runs the place should work towards fixing it. Either don't allow walk-ins or come up with alternate approach to deal with walk-in."
