"Was down here buying stuff at Infinity Records, had researched this deli on here and read good things about it, so ambled in after record shopping, literally a minute walk down the way. This deli is on its own corner in Massapequa, parking on street, but at least it's not metered. I'm giving them 5 stars because the food here was phenomenal, a total old school LI deli in every way, no frills, but the chicken cutlet sandwich I ordered was on point completely. No junky quality ingredients, prepared to my order, and the prices were ok. I love the food here, but there is room for improvement. They upgraded their register a while ago, but many employees are still struggling to use it. This results in very slow service. I also didn't like that the man who can in after me walked to the side of the counter and was able to skip the line because he knew the employees. At first I thought he was an employee or vendor, but he wasn't.

I have had the zinger on a garlic hero twice now. Wow. It has always been a favorite of mine to add some pepperoni to any sandwich for some kick and flavor. This comes with it. I really need to try the cheesesteak and the jet. This is a hidden gem that i was reluctant to post a 5 star review because I would like to keep it under wraps but credit is due when it is due. The staff is so personable and friendly which adds so much more to this. Good food. Good friendly service. Ill be back for the cheesesteak, breakfast, roast beef, and my fave the zinger.
