"I tried to order first today for myself and some friends. When I tell you who ever is running the front desk is definitely new because I’ve never spoke with them before and they were extremely rude and unprofessional. I was yelled at and told to hold on when they just had asked me for my order, and when I continued with the rest of my order after I was finished “holding”, I was hung up on. I’m so upset cuz this was my go to place for a while but I will not tolerate unprofessionalism and rudeness when clearly the person upfront can’t do their job at all and has no customer service skills. Despite the negative reviews, I tried this place when I moved into the area three years ago and I've been getting food here as my go-to takeaway ever since. Maybe I'm just lucky or they like me, but my food has been phenomenal every single time. My only complaint is that I wish they would remodel and open their dining room up so I could eat in with my family sometimes; not worth docking a star for that, though. I highly recommend giving this place a chance if you haven't.

"I got take out. I called in my order. The person was friendly and I had no trouble ordering. When I picked up my food it was ready and everything was piping hot even when I got back to my hotel room. It looked really cute inside and I would love to dine in next time. I got a blue plate lunch with country fried steak, mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese. It came with 2 little corn muffins. I also got the chorisitos and a slice of lemon raspberry cheesecake. The blue plate was very tasty. Definitely peppery (maybe too much pepper personally, but that's just a personal choice). I really enjoyed the chorisitos but I would say the meat tasted a little more like cheese steak than sausage. But still VERY good. I didnt love the lemon raspberry cheese cake. But that's because I was expecting just cheese cake. It had a thin layer of cheesecake on top of lemon cake and had a Graham cracker crust. It wasn't bad, just not what I was expecting or craving. All in all I thought it was a great experience, I would love to eat here again and dine in next time. I would definitely recommend trying this place out."

"See for more than 15 minutes at the restaurant until we finally took our order. Quickly forward 1 hour we hadn't got any food yet and when we were finally asked to work on it. Order were two BLT sandwiches and two turkey sandwiches. We got our ticket in less than 3 minutes and had to wait 15 minutes for our order since we asked them to go. So go a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes for an order."

"Great cozy atmosphere, Irish American Irish food was fantastic large portion size, wonderfully seasoned and reasonably priced. Menu choices include comfort food for those of us with an Irish heritage, as well as a good selection of beer wine. Would recommend arriving no later than 6 pm on a Sunday night. They had run out of several items by the time we arrived around 7 pm. Kitchen closes at 7:45 pm; restaurant closes at 8 pm. Discovered that Sunday night is Prime Rib dinner night (not an Irish staple that I remembered, but who doesn 't love prime rib? . Unfortunately they were out of asparagus when we ordered, which is the advertised vegetable with the dinner. Seasonal veggies were offered as a substitute. Ordered 2 prime rib dinners, but they just sold the last one right before our ticket was put in. They were also out of Guiness beer, but offered an acceptable substitute. We got the last half mug of that beer, which the waiter generously comped. Ultimately we had a delicious spinach dip with pita chips, corned beef cabbage, and Shepard 's pie. All were spectacular and I highly recommend. They were so good, not worth taking a star off for the outages. In the end, I 'm glad I didn 't get the prime rib, although it must be really good it 's definitely popular. Highly recommend the menu staples; restaurant is cozy pub atmosphere. May be a bit cramped to maneuver a wheelchair through the tables, but there are ramps between the bar front restaurant as well as outdoor seating and entrance through the back. Five stars unless you arrive late on Sunday for the prime rib."

"There is no better place in Lexington, and maybe not even in all of South Carolina. I love that it is family-owned and local, and the farm-to-table freshness is amazing. My family eats here at least once, sometimes three times a week, and we never get tired of it. I always see people I know here. When I go on vacation, I always try to find where the locals eat, and this is the place. I highly recommend it for lunch or dinner in Lexington."

"Tried this restaurant because my favorite Japanese place was closed. I must say i was highly impressed. The food was delicious! Only thing that i didn't care for was the soup that comes with the entree the taste was good however it was cold, and the steak comes as a full steak so i had to chop it up myself. But the food was amazing. And i ordered sushi. It was so crunchy and good. I really enjoyed the chicken which was dark meat. I will definitely go back again."
