"My last review was seven years ago so here 's my update. This place has not changed in the many years I 've been coming here. The crowds may be down a tiny bit but sitting in the bar area in either a booth or at the bar is the place to be, not the dining room at the other end of the restaurant IMO. This time we sat at the bar and had wonderful service from the very attentive bartenders. When you sit at the bar and have dinner at the bar, their policy is that you 'll order drinks from the bartenders but not any food. The bartenders will summon a server to take your food orders. You will have two tabs to pay. I little quirky I suppose but it works for them. Our dinner server was a little crab...

Just had my birthday party there for 25 people. Ribs, bbq chx, and these artichoke puffs that are only on the catering menu.

Their website says they close at 10 pm. We arrived on a Saturday at 8:57 (according to my iPhone) and were told their kitchen was closed. Really? We left and won't be back.

Friends suggestion we done here and we were encouraged by the strong cocktails and beer on tap. We enjoyed a sausage pizza as an appetizer and were very pleased. The crust was thin and well done at our request. Our server was old…..and tired…..and cheerless….and bored. The minestrone soup was ok but a bit short on vegetables and the cold slaw bland. It definitely needed something to be more than cabbage salad. I went with Marvin’s Shrimp which was as described…overly deep fried shrimp cut mysteriously into half pieces….. with butter, which was not good in my opinion, to a mild shrimp sauce.
