Seems to be a Pho noodle place? There is no 'Thai Boat ' on the menu, dunno whats up with that other review. Good noodles and banana smoothie though

Friendly atmosphere, easy going with wonderfully tasty noodles. Offering a range of delights that will sooth and relax in the an assuming locale that is welcoming.

Cambodian noodle restaurant. The food was really good and the service was friendly and quick. I got their Cambodian dry beef noodles. It was pretty tasty with a side bone broth. I would go again and try some of their other dishes.
