When we go to Chinese food, it's Moos def for food, rather then atmosphere. The service was sufficient in a busy night. Note: The parking lot here is about the best you will do in a restaurant in the international district in Seattle.

I've been going to Ocean Star for many years. I always enjoyed the Dim-Summe experience. The food is delicious and served in a relaxing environment. Ocean Star is one of the few places in the international district that has free parking!!
