"Visited Oh My Grill on College Street in Cedar Falls for the first time on Monday June 20th. We got there at about 12:30pm and were able to walk right to the counter and order. (Oh, did I mention this is a counter service restaurant? I have waited for over a year to try this place out. When you walk in, looks like a really neat little place to eat. When we arrived at a little before noon. There was one other couple in there ordering food. We arrived at 11:48 a.m.. did not receive our food until 12:20. There seem to be about 4 to 6 employees in there. When the food came the burgers were cold. The bun was dried out and had to been sitting around. We had ordered one regular original cheeseburger and a junior hamburger. Cost almost 20 bucks. I wish I would have waited and never came. Worst service in long wait when there was nobody in there. Very disappointed. Will never return and make sure all my friends know not to go the...
