"My friend and I had tried to try Okinawa since we were here, but there never seems to be someone in the restaurant, so we always go somewhere else! We decided yesterday to try and we were very pleasantly surprised! The service was great and the food was great! We will definitely come back!"

Great, quick service and even better food! We eat here several times a month and never had a bad experience. Server and manager always friendly and the food is always delicious

My family and I just moved to Adairsville from Tennessee and looked for a good restaurant so we tried okinawa and the food was very good and fresh. The service was excellent along with the reasonable prices. I recommend this place. We will come back

I and my friend (and his daughter) tried this place tonight and it was so good. Our sushi was delicious and my Hibachi was amazing. The owner even came and talked to us a little. He was super nice and I will definitely be back. We can even make it a weekly tradition.

"They need to update the name of the establishment. It is no longer El Nopal, but Blue Agave. It was very confusing when using Google Maps. For anyone that needs handicap parking, it's at the end of the front parking, far from the front door. Extremely inconvenient."

"Taco Bell is always good for a quick pick-me-up when you don't have much extra to spend and get hungry. You can usually expect a good wait in the drive-thru and often inside also They are normally very clean and friendly . Once in a while they get an order wrong, but most places do, occasionally. I've rarely had anyone be rude to me there. They seemed to be trained to give good customer service. I worked 15-20 years in various restaurants, including Disney World where we had to go to classes to learn proper customer service and cash-handling. Therefore, I recognize good AND ESPECIALLY BAD customer service! I give them a B+! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4"

"Ordered the #1 with cheese bacon, large onion rings and large Diet Coke and a Hershey pie. I was asked to park. I asked to make sure there were napkins. 3min later a young girl brings my food out and I let her know I asked for onion rings. She took the bag and went back inside. When she comes out she informed me that the manager said I orders fries and next time I can’t change my order after paying. Frustrated, I know what I ordered and maybe if they weren’t so focused on drive thru times and gave me the order at the window I would have been glad to pay any difference if the order taker got my order wrong. The manager should have brought the food back out if there was a problem, instead of sending a young employee to do it. There were no napkins or fork in the bag! "I got to the restaurant and was told that the wait would be about 25 minutes (party of 5), and ended up having to wait an hour when parties larger than ours came in 10-20 minutes later than we did and were seated (party of 10, party of 8, and several smaller parties). So we asked one last time when our table would be ready, to which the host replied we were next, but we would still have to wait for a table to get up. After telling them we’d waited over an hour, the host went somewhere and somehow a table magically opened up for us the minute she was gone. When being seated, there was a tip left on the table by the previous customers and the host stared at my friend and bluntly said “Don’t take that”, as if we would. They could’ve easily picked it up without a comment. After being seated and ordering, we waited about 30 minutes for the food, just for us to not have enough utensils. After requesting another set of utensils and some hot sauce, the server never came back with them, but it seemed as though she was hiding. If the server was busy and couldn’t get to us on time, she could’ve told us and we would’ve understood. As a result of that, I had to eat my food with a knife and was left with an empty cup and plain food. Being fed up with the service, we asked for the check after waving down who we assumed was the manager and asked for the food we ordered for takeout to be taken off the bill because we no longer wanted it. The server then appeared and said the food should be ready and stared at us instead of going to the back to check. Honestly, we felt discriminated against during the entire duration we were there and while we were going to the front to pay for the check, the host stared us down while talking to another server. Not sure if there was something in the air today, but they seemed as though they had never seen a diverse group of people a day in their lives."

"The employee is very nice here. I just had a problem with a Wendy's in Illinois. They had five different people talking about the speaker and asking what I wanted. I made a joke and asked her how many Wendy's employees do it to screw a light bulb...then this young man told me to go to call the police. Apparently they don't want to make money there. I went to Taco Bell instead. When I told Taco Bell staff, they got a good laugh."
