"My siblings and I visited The Spur on Sunday, August 13, 2023, and our dining experience was extremely disappointing. We had high expectations for a pleasant evening out, but were left shocked by the poor service we received. Our server, Brandon, was far from impressive right from the beginning. It took him quite some time to even acknowledge our table, and when he finally did take our drink orders, he left the completed drinks sitting on the bar for over 10 minutes. My brother had to fetch our drinks himself as Brandon seemed to be inattentive. When Brandon eventually returned to take our order, he failed to address the drink mishap. I specifically ordered a salad with dressing on the side, but when it was brought to the table by another staff member, it was smothered in dressing. After struggling to get Brandon 's attention, I was finally able to inform him of the mistake. He blamed the kitchen, took the salad away, and promised to bring a new one while mentioning it would be comped. While my family ate, I waited a long time for the correct salad to be brought out by yet another staff member. Meanwhile, my brother was trying to get Brandon 's attention for steak sauce, but once again, Brandon was nowhere to be found. Eventually, after being told by two different employees, the sauce was brought to the table. Throughout our entire meal, Brandon did not check on our table, offer drink refills, or bring the bill. He spent most of his time chatting with another table, ignoring us and his other tables completely. When we left a credit card on the table for a bill we hadn't received, Brandon simply took it without a word. Upon returning with a receipt, he said, 'Have a nice night,' without making eye contact. When my sister requested an itemized bill, she was told by the host that they don't provide them. When we tallied up the bill later, we discovered we were still charged for the salad Brandon said would be removed. Upon expressing our disappointment to the host, we were told Brandon had been in the hospital the previous week. This was no excuse for his poor service that evening. The manager, Kelly, came to address our concerns and apologized, offering us half off our next meal. While we appreciated her efforts, we were hesitant to return and risk receiving poor service again. When we inquired about getting a refund for the salad, Kelly claimed it was not possible as Brandon had already processed the payment. Despite her attempts to rectify the situation, my family has decided we will not be dining at The Spur again. The lack of care shown by Brandon and the inadequate resolution offered by Kelly prove to us that our money would be better spent elsewhere."

"My husband and I had a wedding anniversary dinner last night at the Westbank Grill in Teton Village (Jackson Hole, Wyoming).  The entire experience from the parking valet (personable and acknowledging us by sir name) to the hostess (congratulating us on anniversary and leading us to a perfect table for 2 with a view) to our waitress (Seana, who was delightful and knowledgeable about the menu) made us feel special and celebrated.  But wait, the food!!! We each had the Bison fillet and shared the asparagus double baked potato.  All cooked to perfection, providing filling portions and was very delicious.  We shared the gingerbread soufflé ' dessert, which had a chocolate inserted in the ice cream that read Happy Anniversary on it. Light and not too sweet. The dining room tables were filled but ample space between, with a comfortable environment. Back to our waitress, Seana.  She was so very polite and personable, kept us updated on when our meals would arrive. We had a great experience that will not only last as a great memory, but will encourage us to want to return again in the future.  "

"Christmas Eve dinner. I had the Bison tomahawk steak. It was cooked to perfection. Crispy burned edges and rare in the middle. It was served with wild mushrooms, smashed baby potatoes, and three yummy sauces that never touched the bison. The only issue was the pheasant. It was so overly salted no one at the table could eat it. We had to send that back. The other seven meals were very good. The staff was very nice. The hostess was amazing at orchestrating the tables and timing."

"From your first interaction with the host to the final interaction with our accommodating waitress this restaurant was 100% first class! I ordered the trout and let me tell you that it was a bouquet of invigorating flavors; the flaky layers of fish and crispy skin of the trout went so well with the sauces and how wonderful was the cauliflower rice. We had a perfect seat on the patio overlooking the Majestic Mountain tops. Treat yourself to the veiw, the wonderful food and fine service. Book a reservation at the Westbank Grill.
