"My son and I went here for a little mother son time. The staff was super friendly. The environment is inviting and family friendly on one side and more adult friendly on the other side. The food here is always really good. Drinks are good and cold. The tables and floors where nice and clean and the bathrooms where clean to. It's a great little spot we have here in our little town."

"This is a great restaurant! The service was fast and the food was delicious. The calamari was crispy and tasty. The chicken fried steak was actually made with beef, but still good. The Caesar salad was as expected. The mozzarella sticks and crab stuffed jalapeño were the best dishes. The Monterrey chicken was delicious. The blackened catfish was good, but the portion seemed smaller than before. Unfortunately, the fried shrimp was a bad experience. They had a chlorine taste, so I would not recommend them. It was a waste of money."

"5 star customer service. The food was the best that I have had thus far from a Applebee's. I almost gave up on Applebee's, because the food hasn't been the best in the past. The customer service and the pleasant disposition of the employees, made me feel like they actually enjoyed there jobs which is such a needle in a haystack to find these days. I live about a hour from here and was just passing thur. You won't be disappointed here i love the atmosphere. Thanks Iona Michigan!!!!!!"

"Shout out to BK in Ionia!! I had a huge order with specific modifications for the sandwiches and drinks. They rocked it, separating all the orders in different bags and even produced a box for me to carry all of it!! You guys are awesome and everything was perfect and delicious!! Nothing was missed. "If I could rate this place a 0 I would, worst service ever, took 10mins for someone to even take my order, then another 20mins to get the order, just for it to be wrong. While waiting in line I'm watching the drive thru lady wait to take orders because she was too busy coloring up front and talking to friends. I think this place either needs new management or need to lay off the meth, those coloring books ain't going anywhere"
