"They don't acknowledge their loyal customers, so I won’t ever be coming back here again. The atmosphere of this restaurant is truly unique! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and they offer a wide variety of health products that are hard to find elsewhere. The Woodstock brand's medjool dates are a must-try - they are the best dates you will ever taste!

On Friday, November 25th, 2022, a female employee at the restaurant cost us customers. She was on the phone discussing pricing and ordering a product and told me to wait 5 minutes for a text with her name. When I called her back, she was unhelpful and rude, claiming she wasn't ordering anything and abruptly hanging up. This behavior was lazy, disrespectful, and unprofessional. This experience left me questioning the quality of customer service at this establishment.

I absolutely adore this place! The customer service here is outstanding, with two lovely ladies always available to help with phone calls, online orders, and just being sweethearts in general. The staff is incredibly helpful, always willing to provide more information on any product. Every time I visit, the spot is clean and well-organized. The owner is also very kind and knowledgeable about the products on the shelves. If you're in town, make sure to try their acai bowls - they're a must! Overall, I have a great appreciation for this place and the journey there is definitely worth it.
