"We had a mixup with our reservation that we only noticed when we got into our room. When’s e returned to the front desk, the attendant didn’t even ask us what he could help us with before defending why we got a different size room than we had paid for. Didn’t love that fact that he knew exactly what was happening and took his chances to see if we’d notice. Very long story short, no one could help us because it was the weekend, but our trip was only a few nights. So we paid a ton, and got half the size room and bed than we paid for. Had someone attempted to help (even if it couldn’t get resolved) would have given them a higher rating."

Beautiful pool area, very chilled. Service was excellent and the food too.

Excellent food and great atmosphere. We ate breakfast poolside and the plants are just beautiful. They have lots of heliconias and a beautiful plumeria tree. The vegetarian options are great. Staff was friendly and service was great. Definitely will come back.

We were early for our reservation and was seated! We waited 15 minutes at our table and nobody came to serve us or even acknowledge us. We finally left after 15 mins, I will not go back and will certainly not recommend them to friends or business colleagues... service sucked!!!!
