"The food was excellent, unfortunately only my steak was a bit tough. My friends' steaks were all soft as butter. The side dishes were very good and the spinach was seasoned a little differently, more Asian than typically German, but excellent. The cooking levels were all adhered to. The service was very friendly and courteous, but ... on a Saturday evening a restaurant is of course well attended. It is not a large restaurant with a number of tables, but high-quality service requires adequate staff. There was a station waiter super friendly for all tables and I think a runner was a bit annoyed, also a very nice receptionist and a bartender. Since every table was occupied, the station waiter was always very friendly and we had to wait a minute for the bill. Instead of just one station waiter, maybe a second one would be helpful so that the service really remains completely upscale. Unfortunately, I know myself that good service staff is hard to find and only a few are really interested in such a job, working weekends and holidays, family unfriendly times, etc. Still, it would be worth a try. The farewell was very friendly and it was in itself a successful evening. Thank you"
