"Es ist jetzt das 4 mal das eine Bestellung falsch geliefert wurde.Ich wurde angerufen da der Becher den ich eigentlich haben wollte nicht vorhanden war Eis leer zu weich). Ich habe dann eine alternative Bestellung durchgegeben aber die wurde nicht umgesetzt. Zumal das finanziell einfach nicht aufging ich hab dann immer noch das eigentlich bestellte Eis bezahlt ob wohl das alternative Eis Günstiger war. "If you hadn't known there was a New Year's Eve, the evening could have been any other meal. Many people in a narrow space and no New Year's decoration. The service was friendly but because of the crowd heillos overwhelmed and so it takes some quite long until drinks came or were filled up. At 22.00 there were first bottlenecks with various drinks, which had to be worried. The buffet was very clear and unfortunately did not offer anything extraordinary what was expected today. Also there was no soup and the dessert was built by 0.40 (chocopudding, lemon pudding, ice cream). There was also no expected traditional Berlin. The evening was underpainted by a disjokey, which often interrupted the musical pieces and changed the musical directions. A lousy comment at the reception and a very fast beverage service by a friendly young man made a good impression. There are counted six mostly younger operators and the host with a controlling view. As so often, we asked to take a break to the main dishes after the plentiful starter selection. After dark we felt it as dark, because the spots embedded in the elaborately designed ceiling are not suitable for illumination and give only little light at the tables. The quality of stay is good. A terrace is provided for the warm season. The toilets are spacious and fresh. Cleanliness: All right."
