"Very good Chinese fast food. We have tried nearly everything on the menu and have enjoyed just about every menu item. However, if they ask you to pull around to the front of the store to wait on your food be prepared to go inside to get it yourself. This has happened every single time I have been asked to wait out front. Not one time have they brought out my food. A promised 5 minute wait is usually 10-15 minutes. So overall the food is an A- or B+ but the service is a C- at best."

Went in at 5:10 today(Friday)and there were 5 entree bowls empty and lomein was nothing but onions. Then we were told another 8 minutes for what we wanted. Funny thing is there were no other customers in the restaurant! Super poor service

People acted like we were bothering them when we came a 1/2 hr before closing. And the food that was left was discusting.. won't be going again.. In Richmond on Midlothian Highway it's an amazing restaurant and get employees. Very friendly and helpful

Update, after getting the wrong order more than three times I asked for a refund the manager didn't do the refund correctly I get a portion of everything I was charged including the outrageous food tax. Go figure and I'll no longer be visiting this location always double check my bag b4 leaving, and yes always ask for sauces they don't always put it in the bag... Make sure you ask if you're food is fresh or how long it's been sitting..
