"I had another delicious meal from Panda last night. Long Beach has plenty of great Chinese restaurants, but Panda is one of my favorites. I decided to order delivery and Jaden took my order. I made several modifications to the menu items due to my children's picky eating habits and my desire to limit sodium. Jaden offered some helpful suggestions and everything turned out well. Some of the dishes had slight modifications, with certain ingredients omitted or replaced. However, all the dishes were tasty. We enjoyed Orange Beef, Gyoza dumplings, Chow Mei fun, and hot and sour soup (which was homemade). The iced tea was also delicious and quite sweet. A tip: try putting some of the Mei fun nood...
