"I visited the restaurant on Sunday afternoon and was disappointed by the overall experience. The staff didn't smile, greet customers, or even make eye contact. The area for garbage was unclean, which added to the negative atmosphere. When my order was prepared, the employee handed it to me without any warmth, greeting, or smile. The cleanliness of the restaurant itself left much to be desired. Though I have visited this place multiple times to pick up food for a family member in the nearby hospital and found the food to be decent, I don't think I'll return. It's unfortunate that the employees don't put in more effort to create a welcoming environment for customers."

I really enjoyed one of the smoothies. If they have the mac and cheese, you won't be disappointed—it's delicious!

This is the first time I ordered from Panera. We often enjoy the food for work functions. It was super easy to order online and pick up business. I have two soups and salads. It was a lot of food.

4.5 stars. That's all there is to say. It's a great deli-bakery combination. The music is a bit too loud for my taste (I come here with my family for lunch and to study). However, the atmosphere is very relaxed, and the food is delicious. Plus, they offer free Wi-Fi!
