"I have set up a big job today. they couldn't find my order and always told me they didn't have it when it was before them. then I asked if utensili and paperboard were in the bag and they said only utensilien. I asked for a few paperboards and they told me they can only give catering orders. I asked if they could help me with only 5, they refused. they also did not contain any utensils. just really bad customer service."

that was my first time in panera it was magical, I got a strawberry chicken salad it was delicious, her frozen strawberry limonade is for dying, 10/10 overall experience.

best panera around. has a personal team that takes care of their work and quality. regrettably, the amount of patrons they find there at a certain time is less than friendly or pleasant, but such is expected in such an opposite and in such a restaurant.

I was at this place twice in a week. Not only did they have the same output of the BOTH times, a half-sized sandwich instead of a full, but they also gave no tuna at all in sandwich the second time. Unfortunately, it was to go so I couldn't do anything about it.
