"Color me surprised... when I'm not a regular Panera. Truly, I have always thought that they were a bit expensive and I can find similar if not taste better for better value elsewhere. When a dear friend invited me to try the Zephyrhills, I was ready to taste the experience. I ordered the Mediterranean shell salad. I thought it was a Greek salad or similar. You can add chicken, but I can't. What I got was a very pleasant surprise. It was a salad, but very different. Not your usual salad. My salad consisted of Cilantro lime brown rice and quinoa, arugula, grape tomatoes, Kalamata olives, cucumbers, hummus, lemon tahini dressing, feta and Greek yogurt. Love love love this pancake. The people who work here are always so nice and sweet. So welcoming and her food is just so delicious. I got my boys their flower cookies on the other day and they were so soft and fresh and not too sweet.

Only ordered for delivery and got a salad with very specific things I like on it. They made sure it was perfect! It tastes so good! They never knew they were selling salads until now. Mr President. I also recommend the delivery option. My food was here so fast! Thank you. Panera You have made a very happy customer today! I needed it!

We really enjoyed going to this Panera until yesterday. My husband took a couple of bites of the chicken sandwich he ordered and told me that it was ice cold. I felt it and it felt like it was frozen. He took it up to the counter and the person whowaited on him said, There 's a microwave over there, you can heat it up. We didn 't expect anything free or a new sandwich, butthe least they could have done was heat up the chicken on the sandwich for him. It wasn 't like we were sitting there for anextended period of time and our food got cold. The center of his sandwich was literally still frozen.
