monica is a gracious and informative hostess and friendly and radiates such a happy person as she helped me in a small tour around the opposite for this first time. she showed me what drinks were allowed and how often on my sip club card and my articles were redeemed for me. I can only say wow! monica, they have the entire customer service package and thank them so much for my brighter day! you get it!
