"I'm a regular at this cafe and let me just say this.. Ever since Chris left the place has gone downhill. They have this new manager Nicole who doesn't know what she's doing. She just walks around aimlessly not speaking to anybody she comes across. The only reason I still made my way to this cafe was for Chris a couple of the employees I believe their names are Annex and Tatiana. They are great they knew my order right when I arrived! They have excellent service and communication skills. After finding out that these 2 young ladies wouldn't be working there anymore quite honestly ticked me off. terrible. the bacon egg cheese to go and they forget about it. how? they wanted to tell them, and they couldn't take care less. for the first time there in a long time after another problem and should have learned my fiction. is this a speckei and cheese?

So- my first and last time going to this location.. I “ordered ahead”. Went to pick up my order.. a girl asks if she can help me. Told her I’m picking up, and gave my name. She said, “we have to make a new one, someone took yours” whatever.. two minutes later she brought my order outside, and said, “it was sitting there the whole time”.. VERY snotty-like. Excuse me!
