I also was sceptical about the $8.99 unlimited coffee because I don't drink hot coffee but love the ice coffee and that's included, YAY! I was disappointed to find out that the sandwich I usually order was no longer available, but the staff at Panera in Elmwood went above and beyond to make me happy. Today, Stephanie F was incredible and so cheerful. I will definitely be returning!
