"I had a disappointing experience at this place. First, the tea was cold when it arrived, and it came after the main dishes. Second, the falafel was undercooked. To top it off, they tried to charge me for something I didn’t even order. Overall, not a good experience. Moreover, the manager, who is the owner of the place, was present and didn 't address these issues. It’s not just a problem with the staff; the owner should have ensured a better experience."

"The restaurant is located conveniently off Bowen Road, across from Tom Thumb. The parking lot is very small and cramped. When I ordered a slice of pie, the waitress handed it to me in a broken Styrofoam take-out container. Unfortunately, the food made me sick and I'm not sure if it was due to cleanliness or a bad experience. One waitress was rude while the other was very professional. Overall, I probably won't be returning. The food was hot, but the biscuits were missing and my stomach felt off after the meal."

"I love this place. For some reason, the young lady doesn't have a good day. She took my order with an icy mind that it was not busy, had not to order around me. Then she has a face I can't describe. She didn't give me my prescription because she ran away. I don't know. I didn't even realize I left. When I called for my order, I asked her if you put butter and jelly in your pocket. It's a real breakfast. She has nothing day and went on her back to get what I asked. So, what I understand, she didn't have one in her to take order. I said thank you and she just turned around. I've never experienced such a bad service. Like I said, maybe it wasn't her day. She should stay home?"

"I feel at home here. The owners are such lovely people, great (and good) servers, a welcoming non-pretentious atmosphere. But the star of the show is the food! Always delicious. Substantial made-in-house rolls and a great house dressing on crisp salads. Every sauce SO flavorful but I have a real weakness for the pink sauce'...Great date spot for a bit of Bella Notte romance at a table for two or meet your friends, bring the wine (yep, it's BYOB and dive into the calamari! Tell Moni and Amy I sent you! Ciao Bella!"
